Who remembers their mom forcing them to wear wellies when they were younger???I remember a time when NO one would be caught dead wearing wellies, but all of a sudden with the festival season just finishing, a long list of celebs have suddenly made it cool to wear wellies! I'm a particular fan of the Union Jack  Hunter wellies, but they will set you back at least £125.00. So, i was wandering if anyone else  has seen the River Island Black Union Jack wellies which cost a fraction of the price for only £25.00.
